We will email you a booking number and you will then be able to use the Royal Bank of Scotland WorldPay secure system at the bottom of this page. We will hold the gite for 24 hours to give you time to make the payment. On your arrival 75 € is payable for the sheets, towels and the final cleaning + 1.00 € per adult, per night for the taxe de séjour. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Prices are per week, Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am unless otherwise arranged. Water, electricity, heating, television, internet and parking for up to two cars next to the gîte come with the rental. 75 € is payable on your arrival for the sheets, towels and the final cleaning + 1.00 € per adult, per night for the taxe de séjour. Access to the swimming pool is generally available between 1st of May and 15th of October. Balance is due thirty days prior to your arrival and you will need to make the final payment online at that time. We will email you three days before as a reminder. Once we receive notification from the bank we will email you a confirmation of "balance paid in full". If the balance is not paid 30 days prior to the arrival date the rental will be considered cancelled by the client. In consideration of those who will be vacationing after you, smoking is not permitted inside. Well behaved, non aggressive and sociable dogs are accepted if you inform us at the time of reservation, agree not to leave your dog alone during your absence and your dog is tattooed and up to date with all the vaccinations. Only one animal is accepted per gîte. Proof of vaccinations is required. Dogs of first and second category are not admitted: Staffordshire terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Mastiff, Tosa, Rottweiler or similar. CANCELLATIONS: 60 days or more prior to arrival: full refund. 30 to 60 days prior to arrival: deposit forfeited. Less than 30 days or no shows: amounts paid will not be reimbursed.
